Dear Sir / Madam,

We are a group of five brothers and cousins paid advances for booking 5 plots from one of the ventures proposed by APSRTC Welfare Association, Hyderabad. The transaction happened in the month of February, 2008 and the proposal from the APSRTCWA is to allot 150 sq. yards of land and to construct an independent 2BHK house within that plot at phase IV of the ventures at Balapur cross roads, Saroor nagar mandal.

Later APSRTCWA could not process the venture and dropped in the middle and asked us to get the plot only without the house constructed in it. we are not interested to their proposal and asked them to return the advances paid towards the booking of 5 plots. we paid Rs. 1,50,000/- per plot and all together it is Rs. 7,50,000/-. we have given the written letter for returning the amount in the month of May 2009. from then onwards concerned people from APSRTC are keep on postponing the issue by giving some reasons.

Once they have given a cheque for one plot advance but could not processed due to insufficient funds. recently also they have given two cheques out of that one was processed and the second won is stopped.

At this point of time can we get support from consumer court? Will the court accepts our complaint? Please advice us. we have only the receipts we took from APSRTCWA at the time of paying the the advance amounts. Later no documentation like agreement..etc is not processed.
