I have given Rs.one lac as advance payment to Ms. Jaya Jitendra Shukla, resoding in 101 Sai Gopal co-operative hsg. Soc,. at Anandashrum, Mahim Road, Opp. Maruti Mandir, Palghar, Taluka Palghar, Dist., Thane. in month of November 2009 & rest Rs. Nine Lacs to be paid at time of agreement to be done in Jan. 2010.
On Jan. 2010 I approach for agreement she stated that I do not want to sale the flat and after follow up her son Mr. Manish given me two cheques which latter bounce.
I approach police to registerer the case but they are telling we can not do in this case.
I want to file hereby complaint against her
