I am residing in Parkwayz at wakad in Pune. I have got my flat in march 2009.

the builder has given us fully furnished apartments. Our society is around 200 flats.

Now below are the complaints

1) The builder while selling flat to us had promised that there will be free parking space for B1, B2, B3 buildings. At the end of the project he randomly sold the parking . The basic problem is number of parking are 8 per buiding and flats are 28 per building. this is creating a havoc everyday

2) We have a pipeline gas system. Now that the whole project is complete the Bharat Gas new manager is telling that the cylinders shouldnt be kept in the alloted place as this is very dangerous. and may create a very big accident one day which may keep danger the life of 1000 people who stay in this society. The builder is saying that its OK and the earlier manager(Bharat gas , Kothrud branch (Natraj)) had granted us this place while Natraj Gas agency is denying the same. I dont know whom to blame here is the builder lieing or then is it the agency

3) the flats that are fully furnished are very poorly made. (furniture and construction aspect)

4) the lift is not functioning as the builder is not giving the money to Omega lifts. the lift of one B2 building is off from past 2 months and no action taken despite repeated attempts.
people here are highly suffering as the construction is of 7 floors.

5) The most important point to specify is that the builder hasn't given us a sewage (drainage line) and is expecting us to take the handover and do all the work.. The bathrooms are now stinking and small children are falling sick all the time..

6) despite repeated reminders and attempts to convince the builder he is just prolonging everything with only one reason that things will be done . and repeatedly he is asking us to take over the handover.

please guide what to do in this case

The main problem is the Gas and Sewage line...

We are having similar problems Silver Crescent, Kharadi...lot of seepage in every flats...this builder is a thug and big cheater...we need take action against him..and get together complaint in consumer forum
