My name is Lalit Sharma,and i am living in gurgaon on jan. end i have booked a flat of 1350 sqrd in LANDMARK RESIDENCY IN SEC103 GURGAON thru AGNI PROPERTIES.They offered me discount of 5% on total cost of flat and assurity of giving credit note of discount but after booking nobody comes back and after taking to senior management of the company they refused to give that discount.
I am attaching my communication in this regard and want some serious action against this kind of companies.

Dear Sir,

My name is Lalit Sharma.I booked 2BHK Flat in Landmark residency at 3300Rs. Psf on 31st Jan 2011 thru Md.Ziaul Haque a property specialist in your company(Agni Property) At the time of taking booking amount he committed me to give 5% discount on Credit Note After booking.
After taking a booking he never met me again and also avoiding my calls.When i called from another no. he picked up and give me unrealistic reasons.I have talked with Shardul regarding same complaint but he suggested me to pay 10% of total amount of flat cost first and then will meet in Agni's gurgaon office in the presence of Ziaul and sort out this problem.
Now 2 weeks past and Ziaul is not picking my calls and not even Giving me time when he will meet me in Gurgaon office.
I am in a private job and just because of this discount which ziaul has offered me i booked that flat.i request you to Please give me that discount which ziaul committed me on behalf of AGNI PROPERTY and also take necessary action on same.

As per meeting we had on Friday between Mr. Shardul and Ziaul they were agree on that ziaul committed me to give discount and shardul told me to give best discount he can do.After calling several times to shardul he refuse for same on Monday evening.Now i am going to file a case in consumer forum with proof of voice recording i have(meeting with shardul and ziaul).Sorry to say but Renowned and reputed company like Agni gives these kind of services to the customer.

LOL i am surprised by the reaction or Lalit. Well discount is completely with the broker & its not a discount its a broker earning which is compltely on broker if they want to share there earning or not. I am surprised with the reaction for just not giving discount how can a company can become fraud? To a customer its a discount but for a broker its there earning. Even when you trade in the quity market you give some share of earning to the broker. Customer mentality in todays real estate market is highly pathetic.

If there is any written committment , it has to be furnished before marking it fraud.

Really its pathetic.
