I booked a flat on rent basis shown by the broker Agrawal Real Estate.for confirmation he told us to pay 1 month rent in advance.so we did the same.he gave us receipt of payment.and called us next week to do final paper work and agreement and to pay the deposit.but due some family matters we decided to cancel the deal and we inform him next day about cancellation and told him if he wants he can show the flats to other.and we asked for our money back.he told once he got new tenants he will give back our money and told us contact after 15 days.we did the same.but then he started giving excuses and said he will not pay the money back.and told us that he had given that amount to owner of the house.when we asked for owners address and phone no.he refused to give us.and started using abusive words.please help us to what can be done to get the money back..
