My Self Vinod Kumar and I booked a flat in Faridabad Neharpar area in SIDOLA Village by builder AKS Infracon co.pvt LTD ( Ujjval) in Dec-2009 address SB-15 2nd Floor Crown Plaza Faridabad. At the time of booking of flat I was informed to pay the 20% of payment (Which I already paid) and rest would finance by the bank through Home loan. Now the area comes under HUDA and no bank is providing homeloan. When I contacted my builder contact person named Mr. Ravi Vajpayee on 11 Feb-2011. he promised me that company will make finance to me. Now its going to be almost six months but no one has contacted me for the process and whenever I try to contact anyone in the company I was not getting any answer Now I don't know to what step should I take to get my flat.

You should take imidiate action for home laon Otherwise you have to pay money with 20% interest as per agreement never belive any builder/Dealer They can go more down for sale property . Choose another option other than builder good luck
