Hi all,

I have booked a flat in Aliens space station 1 in april 2010. The project has around 1800 flats, and they promised to deliver by nov 2011.Till now single flat is not occupied. It will take another 2 years to complete it seems. I have already been paying the Pre EMI @ Rs 15000 from Starting of bookingi.e april 2010. And now the bank has already started taking EMI of 30k. In such a Situtaion, can anyone guide whether can we register a complaint on both the company and the Bank. How could a govt bank support a private company which is unable to deliver their promise?

Would like to advise you that I too booked a flat over there in 2009. I gone to Aliens Space Station office where they stated the issues and solutions:

1.) Since 2008 till 2010 there were recessions where banks itself were not giving funding to Aliens Space Station even then they continued there construction.
2.) There is telangana issue going on since years which tried to be obstacle in way of progress even then Aliens continued.
3.) Aliens also given me discount as I was old customers and raised my voice, infact they are giving discount to all old customers.
4.) HUDA was creating lot problem in their construction after being done some floors..

All these points made me to continue with Aliens as it's all related our investment.

But the only valid point which I was agreed was the quality which they are using is the best as compared with others.Now I would aging coming to India with my Husband, would definetely see the status of their site.
