I had purchased a flat in The edge tower gugaon from Ramprastha Builder through All check deals, while making booking payment, All check deal had offered me 4% discount on basic rate,where is 50 rupees was adjusted by builder in basic rates, and for balance 44 Rs. All check delas has committed to pay after making the 50% payment to the builder. After making the 60% payment to the Builder, they have not released my discounted amount.A mail was sent to them in Sep 10 in this regards.
