I would like to bring into your notice.I have recently moved out of Rental house located at jayanagar 5th Block Bangalore.During my stay from last year from March 2011 to Jan 2012(11 Months Rental agrrement) i was under immense mental torture from the LandLord Dr. K Lingaiah(ex principal) & her daughter Suma.The Landlord's rented house is located at Door No 484,47 Cross Road,9th Main Jayanagar 5th Block Bangalore.Rent for the house was Rs 13,000/- plus Electricity charges as per usage.Security Deposit was Rs 1,00,000.00 /- .The Landlord in particular is a thug ,arrogant and nuisance person everytime trying to interefer ino personal life adding discomfort and mental torture during my stay.One of such of his pathetic activities is steal water and the entire bill has to be borne by the tenant staying there.Everytime or the other there was fight between my Family & Landlord.The manner and behaviour from landlord towards my family was very bad and my family in particular was always at the receiving end.

When i vacated the house i literally had to fight for 4 hours to get my deposit money that too after heavy deductions from the deposit amount of Rs 1,00,000.00.Everywhere in Banglaore there is a norm like tenants have to pay only One Month rental as painting charges when they vacant the house but i was unnecessaryily penalised Rs 26,000(2 Months rental charges).While signing the rental agreement i had given Rs 1,00,000.00 as cash but he staunchly refused to give refund in cash but gave post dated cheque.Beware of the broker named Babu iwhich i doubt is the part of the play.

Guys Please be beware of such type of Bangalorean People renting their houses in Bangalore.
