I should have got the possession by Nov 10 and by the look of framework, which is still pending, I probably wouldn't be able to get it by next August (as promised now). I'm paying 40,000.00 rupees every month as intresest on home loan, as i cannot sell my current house to get rid of huge interest payments, and delay clause is only 5 rupees per sqft per month which is nothing but hardly 8,500.00 Rs.....Is there anything can be done???
