we have purchased a flat in sreeja residency apartments located at rly new colony, visakhapatnam-530016. From jagadeeswari constructions name n tel no of builder is mr. Srinivasa rao, 09912110964.

We have occupied this flat on 09.04.10. Since then we are facing the following problems.

1. Water moisture is coming into cup-boards and many items in cup-boards are getting spoiled. All flats have this problem
2.almost all walls have moisture marks . All flats have this problem
3. Ants are bringing sand from inside of walls
4.once, tiles are removed for some repair. It was found that only sand was put under the tiles in bath rooms
5.electrical wiring and switch boards are of low quality. The switches ac , gyser units are burning
6.car parking could not be demarked as there is no enough space for all cars of aprtment owners
7. Septic tank is not of enough size


please help us because repeated complaints to him are not working out
