I have paid booking advance Rs.50000, due to loan got rejected when i approach for cancellating they charge Rs.25000 on my advance.
I have not signed any terms and conditions on aggreement form.

I have paid booking advance Rs.50000, due to loan got rejected when i approach for cancellating they charge Rs.25000 on my advance.
