dear sir,
i have booked a flat before 3 years in yamuna apartment in develi village, new delhi through arundev builders. we had booked for third floor. but at the time of allotment we desired to change floor. they have told they have no issue about rate. because both the floors have same rate. so according our desire they have alloted us flat on second floor in same tower. after 3-years when the flat is redy to move and their CA has taken all documents and processing for loan, and loan were about to be within 15 days, they have called and told us we can not give you second floor because you were booked for 3rd floor. but we said at the time of allotment as per our dicussion you have alloted a flat at second floor with proper flat nos. after we did many interior changes according us. at that time u guys were sleeping and now you are saying you can not gives the flat which is alloted to us. what a great cheat is this. they are saying u can take a flat in another tower . we waited a flat for 3- years,we have all documents,evidence about allotment of flat what we have paid yet after that you are ignoring to give us that flat then what we can say about future and why we should wait. please anybody can do something for us to.kindly suggest what should i do.
