Dear Sir,

we have taken a apartment on rent on 4 jan2009 from ashish chandak @ Rs.60,000 deposit & Rs.8500 rent pm. we vacated his house on 26th june2010 and kept keys with us.
we are asking for refund of our deposit back to us then we will handover your keys to concern person. as it's written in agreement that we will get our deposit back after 21days (after vacating the house). as we don't have anything with us except keys , we want our deposit before handing over the keys
