I am a client of the CHORDIA GROUP of Companies.

I have booked an apartment in one of their Solitaire Homes Projects.

I was on the look out for the top floor of any building in the Balewadi Area. When i went to other developers in the same area, i figured that most of them were stating that i must make a booking and the agreement will take some time. Later i realised that they did not have permissions (TDR) for this construction, which makes it illegal to sell. I realised this due to certain articles printed in Pune mirror / Times of India.

When i visit the Office of Chordia Group, and asked for the top floor apartments: they were the only developer which clearly explained the situation and refused to sell until proper sanctions were received. In fact the Sales Manager clearly mentioned that as a principle we do not sell anything which does not have proper sanctions under any circumstances".

So there is still hope as developers out there ... like Chordia Group still exist. And i am very pleased with the transparency and honesty shown by the staff and the company.
