I had book a flat with G S developer and had given the booking amount of 1 lac. But after 2 days i was not satified with lift door opening and the opening of the flat door , The sales person keep me waiting till the builder give his feedback. after 20 days the same sales person told that their is no problem with the door , you can take possession and do the modification afterward. Here i refused to buldge and cancelled my booking. When asked for refund the builder say he will pay the booking amount after deducation of 10% only after the sale of that flat. All other builder on cancellation are refundeing the booking amount after deducation the very next day but this person is admant to refund , saying that i had block 30 Lack flat and he will refund me only after rebooking of the flat. in this i want to know what are the possiablities i have for getting my money
