Had Ordered for Brick Red Roofing Sheet from an Enterprise at Bengaluru on 27th July. The company had asked for 50% of the payment as advance and the rest to be payed on delivery. A person from the company had come to the site for the actual measurement and had given a rough estimate. As agreed we paid him the advance on 6th August. They didn't deliver the material even after a week. When enquired for the delay they told us to make full payment. We paid them the rest of the full payment on 12th August. Next day they sent us the Blue Colour Roofing Material. We called them and asked for the replacement. They didn't respond to us. After calling them continuously they started blaming each other and finally agreed that it was their mistake. They asked for 2 days time telling that their boss is out of town. Later when tried calling their boss, he promised us to replace the material. On 17th august they agreed to paint Red on the sheets at their cost. Today (on 19th August) they have come to fix the sheets and are asking to bare the painting charges.
