guide me how to give a complaints against builder, as he half constructed the building as per plan also he have not provide the wall compound for our building.
I suffered this becoz my bike was lost.

Also he have a sancationed plan with him but letter we hard that he have some legal issues with the land owners, which he also not informed to us durring purchasing of flat.

So pl guide me how to find a good solution against this.

i put up in b-11 south ex part 2 i purchased a floor over here in last may we are facing lot of problem in this building every day some new problems are arising and we have approached the builder many times but till date he has neglected

kindly help and do the needfull

we are staying in an apartment in bangalore,due to typing error our floor is changed from 2nd to 3rd in our sale deed.We have to do a rectification deed for it which will cost around Rs.6,000/- but our builder is demanding 2.5 lakhs to get it done.What should we do now,please help....
