Hi,

I am Rajendra S. Gaikwad staying in Vasai (W). I have purchased a flat from CPM Associates, we have completed the registration on 30th July 2009 but got possession of the flat on 10th June 2010 that also with pending work.

Many time I approached to the Builder to complete the work he hasn't yet.

Today on 5th September 2010 when my 5 yrs kid was opening one of the glass door of the shelf, it came down and broke into pieces luckily he was not hurt.

When approached to the Builder (Mr. Hitesh) he was very casual and said that "It is a normal fitting and it can happen and you have to take care of the repair"

Can some one help he how should I tackle this issue. An early response will help me to fight against the Builder.
