Hi,

I have purchased a flat and got registered in 2009 dec, at the time of registration, there was some pending work, builder agreed to finish the same with in 1 month, . I have kept nothing with me as a safe side.
Builder is not responding properly and not completing the pending work, it is almost 8 months

Recently I have visited his office and asked him to provide the date for completion, it seems the total pending work costs more thatn the 2-3 lacs, now he is asking me to complete all the pending works at my own cost

Please advise, what I can I do, so that builder will come down and finish all the pending works
