i have some questions abt Building permit plan Vs actual execution
,if the builder has changed/modified the building plan on his own interest to get more money from flat buyers ,how could i inform to the forum or Govt like CMDA and local panchayat offices.is there any rule is there for violation /penalty to fix the builder?

and onemore, basic aminity provision like water availabiltiy and water connection from local authorities ,is responsibility of builder only or not
