we are staying in an apartment in bangalore,due to typing error our floor is changed from 2nd to 3rd in our sale deed.We have to do a rectification deed for it which will cost around Rs.6,000/- but our builder is demanding 2.5 lakhs to get it done and pressurizing to do fast.What should we do now,please help....
