I have booked property at one of the builders at Pune. Registry procedure is completed, quoting the flat number alloted to me on 8th floor. Now builder is asking me to do the change deed, saying the this 8th floor is alloted for 'Refuse Area' and you will be alloted some other flat. I am not intrested in moving to other location.
Suggest me the path forward.
