I had booked a 2 BHK flat of 910 sqft at NG Sterling Mira road (E) old golden nest. The flat was booked in the month of June 2009. The per sqft rate was agreed of Rs. 2650/-. As demanded by the developer M/s. RNA (NG) I paid Rs. 361000/- as 15% margin money of the flat in th month June 2009. The construction work was upheld for more than 10 months. There was no work progress for last 10 months. The work started recently and we have come to know that the bookings are cancelled. Their office has informed that payment demand letter was sent in the month of April 2010 and due to non payment the booking has been cancelled.



This is done as the property has appreciated and the builder is having unethical intention to sell the flats at higher rates. The rates have gone up to Rs. 3500 per sqft.



This builder is spoiling the industry. Request your intervention to protect real estate buyers. For the builder this is mere a flat but for people like us it is our dream, nobody has right to play with this.

This builder is a known manipulator and harrasses his clients miserably. I had the same experience, wherein the booking was cancelled due to price appreciation. You should go to consumer court and take this person to task.

Dear Friends please avoid NG RNA property this builder is big cheater. If u want to buy any flat of this builder first ask those people who have bought there flats. Trust dear friend RNA NG is mother ****er.

I agree to all of you, RNA NG is one of thw worst builders. I would suggest not to buy the flat or any property from RNA NG as they provide one of the worst quality property.
