Respected Sir,

I am Nayan Joshi Working in Varrsana Ispat Ltd at Gandhidham Kutch in Gujrat, I was purchased tenement house form Mittal Developer at the time of purchasing that house there are not availability of Electricity and water supply, but they are promised me that they will provide me that facility with in 20 day but i doesn't get the same till the date. I was suffering with that problem since last 6 month.

Sir I was not know about rules but I thing when land is becoming NA it is developer's responsibility to provide Electricity, Water Supply, Strom Water drainage, stuff road, road light and mud water drainage but they are not providing any of that facility instead of mud water drainage and they do not tray to developed it they are already developed 16 house without that facility.

so, I requested to you sir please take any legal action against him or suggested me what i will do further, my address is mentioned bellow.
