We are the owners of Saikrupa Residency Temple Alwal, Secunderabad 10 purchased flats by paying all the dues as per the document papers...but the said builder Mr. Lakshman cheated us in somany ways by not paying the money to water dept. and arranging a second hand lift, not alloting parking places, keeping cell tower and enjoying all of the rent getting by that..and so many........so many...the secretary is also follows the same way....by not conducting any meetings...not saying the truth...not showing the monthly expenses...and hiding so many things....and supporting his team....collecting forcibly the extra bills....which are not belongs to us....and so many......we got vexed with them totally......and they are not at all releaving from their positions in associations and enjoying the benifts..of their positions....we not at all having faith on them...why because their behavior is totally ugly and rude....they playing the innocents as puppets and doing lot of dramas.....none of a single thing in this apartment going in a systemic way....people needs to know what is what...and take action against these culprits......which swallows our hard earned money......
