Dear Sir,

This is inform you that I had paid amount around Rs.230000.00 for purchase of land in the year 2006-2007. But due delay in their project i had asked to return the amount along with interest thereon. However they paid me in 5 instalment and last cheque of Rs.50004.00 is cleared by them. I deposited the same cheque again after getting confirmation from them but again it was dishonored by the bank. Now i am writing, talking on phone with their personnel and builder is not responding now.
