House No 1806, Ground Floor of Sector-6, Bahadurgarh (Haryana) is being used for commercial activities for the last 3 years. I have asked HUDA,authorities under RTI. They informed me that in residential area of HUDA, commercial activities are not allowed & if it is being used for it can be resumed under Section 17, 17(i), 17(ii), & 17(iii). But after complaint to Chief Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula, Administrator, HUDA Rohtak & E.O.HUDA, Bahadurgarh , the commercial activities are going on. In H.N. 1806, Unknown, doubtful character personnel are vising daily. An university is being run in residential area, which is a threat to the life of common men living after payment of huge amount, as the Sector is the posh colony of Bahadurgarh town. No one is ready to listen the complaint. I request the form to take up the matter with the appropriate authorities for taking immediate action.
