Dear Sir, I have purchased a ready to move flat at varanasi in the GPS tower.. at the time of purchasing the builder has not registered the society and even after selling 90 % of the flat he is not having the intension of making a society.In the mean time he has installed a Reliance Tower on the roof and at the time of installation he has not taken the consent of the flat members and later we came to know that he has submitted the forged consent of the flat owener by making false signature. Simililarly the fire safety majors as per UP GOVT. Flat act is not installed but he has taken the clearance by bribing the officer.
As far as electricity connection is concerned he has taken a connection in his own name for the use of common Passage and water PUMP and Lift.in that connection he has slowed the connection and and after the verification fromm the electricity department we flat members has to pay penalty as he simply denied the alligation.
We the inmates of the GPS Tower are extremly unhappy with the behaviour and intension of the builder.
kindly suggest what majors we can take against the builder and how we can form our own society.
