We got our apartment in Bhubaneswar in Keshari Encl, Near Unit-8 Kalyan Mandap, which one built by Khandagiri Real Estate of Bhubaneswar. Our concern is we took possession from May-2007,along with the others but above builder fails to do registration until now.

If anybody can show some light, then we will be grate full.
