I had been living o rent in the house that i just left, for four and a half years. While leaving, my landlord asked me to get the house cleaned before handing it over. But now, he is behaving very petty and finding silly reasons to cut my deposit. Also , he has not given my deposit 8 days after i handed him over the flat. Today, when i behaved in an abusive manner when i went to collect my deposit from him.
Any guidance on what are my legal/ other options against this person, will help.

I am staying in Sec-17A,Mr yadav house,he is collecting rental for 13500 and water charge 600 rs and electric charge min 3000 rs from me,but this is toomuch but he is not paying any income tax,monthly he is getting 1,20,000 from house he is having two building.and he is using pad words to me.
