The above mentioned construction company leaded by Anant Sakharam Mhatre residing at Bhanushali nagar, opp. Jain Temple, khadegolavli Village, Vitthalwadi (E), Kalyan, is not refunding booking amount paid to him in February 2011. Myself and three friends of mine had paid him 51,000/- as booking amount for flat which we cancelled later in May. Since then he is refusing us to return our money.
We have the original receipts from him with signature on revenue stamp. Please let me know the proper solution for this matter.
