    Unhappy Complaint against M/s-Naiknavare Developers Pvt Ltd. Pune

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to file a complaint against the Naiknavare Developers Pvt Ltd, Pune, as we have not got the house that we were supposed to get in March 2009 . They have made number changes from what is written in the contract. They have also failed to give the fittings and fixtures of the same brand and quality what they had shown in their model flat .I have already paid almost 96% of the total amount and now they are neither corresponding for the posession nor for any changes which i objected for. Meeting with the director ( Mr. Ranjit Naiknavare ) also didnt give any result.

    The name of the project is 'MYSTIQUE MOODS- Vimannagar,Pune.

    Further, I would like to know the way of taking this forward and getting them to pay for the losses suffered by us as a consumer.

    I also had a very bad experience with this Builder at SWAPNASHILP project. Ten years down the line 500 flat owners at SWAPNASHILP are still suffering due to substandard quality of material used, Design flaws etc.

    Default Dwarka chakan project of naiknavare

    i had booked flat in dwarka with naiknavare in 2008 till date no construction has been done even though my contract says i would get the flat in july 2010.whom should we approach to conduct some sort of an enquiry on this company as their staff is completely kaam chor and will not reply or come on the phone we will appreciate if all customers of naiknavare lodge complaints here and lets unite and with all proof stand up against them.flat hunter are requested to stay away from naiknavare developers in pune

    Angry Naiknavare Developers - Dwarka project Chakan

    I'm not sure how companies like Naiknavare developers survive after failing to fulfill there commitments. I had booked a flat at their Dwarka project in Chakan in 2008 after being promised by staff that the possession would be in yr 2010.
    the site still appears the same as it used to be 2 yrs back. There is no response from the developer whatsoever on the timing of possesion and they have embarked on new projects without completing the old.

    I suppose they are making false promises again to customers on the new project.

    stay away from this company...

    all of us lets get together get a lawyer and sue them ...in the meantime collect as much written proof against them as you can, any written agreement email etc from them about their commitment and also of no response from them lets all go to RTI too and show the builder that a common man can be stronger than a big company which stands on a foundation of lies

    Default Dwarka Project in Chakan by Naiknavare

    Even I am one of those who are being cheated by Naiknavare. I booked the flat in Dec-2007 and got the agreement registered in April 2008.. and I havent got the possession yet. As per the agreement they were supposed to give the possession within 24 months of registration, which is April 2010.

    Naiknavare doesnt care for customers at all. It is a completely fraudulant company.

    I had met their Director but only for some more false promises.. for eg. After a long discussion, he promised to give possession by Nov 2010 (Final Date on email)..

    Now they dont even pick phones. Their website doesnt work.. and they never reply to emails..

    To top it all.. they have the audacity to ask for further payment to be released... Hahahaha

    I am willing to unite and give them a lesson. I know a lawyer in the Supreme Court.

    Please reply to this post if you are really interested in hiring a lawyer for this matter.

    Default Area shown in agreement different

    Hi all,

    I am searching for a resale flat at Pune.

    I have observed inflated claims about the area (built up/super builtup) of the flat.

    Usually agreement conatains builtup/superbuilt up area which is about 25 to 40% more

    than carpet area.

    Require expert opinion about the new rule which states that only carpet area should be

    mentioned in agreement in Mumbai.

    Whether this rule applies to other cities like Pune?

    you know a reliable lawyers lets all then discuss and throw in a notice to them all collect your proofs what ever you have in writing from them so that we can proceed to file a case

    I AM WITH YOU LETS UNITE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT or they will continue taking us for a ride

    Angry Dwarka Project Chakan Naiknavare builders

    Really! Its a need to unite against Naiknavare.I am one of those being cheated by this builder. They have not only delayed project, also used low quality material and more over if you dare to speak to them about all forget aboout regret, their management is using low grade language with the customers. This is real example of Gundaraj going on in the builders lobby.

    Hi All,
    We have also registered a flat in Dwarka township. And have been given false commitments by the comany person. They have also given written commitment that after February,11 they will give us some amount if the flat is not completed. But after seeing all these comments we are also afraid.

    Lets unite and hold the builder responsible.... lets meet

    We have face similar problems with Naik-navare Group.

    The date of possession was changed from June-09 to June-11 despite assurance from Mr. Ranjit Naik Navare.

    We can demand compensation from Naik-Navare for this delay in project. This can be in terms of rent for period from initial date of possession till date or lump sum discount.

    I had a similar problem with Naik Navare. I had a purchased row house from their project Swarvihar, hadapsar, Pune. Naik navare is a cheat company; they are not maintained the society properly. Very poor construction quality. Even they didn’t transfer society properly and not at all refunding pending society payments. I am suffering a lot with them. They are not at all responding emails and fake promises on phone.
    My friends please do not purchase any home from Naik Navare builder. You will be the next victim.

    I have been reading this forum, and realized I am not the only who has been duped by M/s Naik Navare Developers, Pune, India. I had booked 2 flats ( one 1 BHK and one 2BHK) in 2007, and haven't got the possession yet. Let's get united and fight for our rights.

    I booked plot in saffron city ....Near Pune ... They promised to alottment in 2008...again 2009....again 2009....again 2010. When I met officlals they are teeling we are getting permission for Hill station after that we will give plot area and what they promised at booking time Gold coin.....
    Please those who booked plot or farm house pls provide some information Guide inncent people.....otherwise these builders will give us only BANANA

    I also booked one bungalow plot and one farm house plot in 2008. There was no possession even after 3 years. Same answer from developer. What to do next? The persons who have booked have to come together and get either plots or money with interest.

    Default What to Do ? Consumer Court /MOFA / criminal Charges ?

    Dear Sir,

    I am harresed by Builder.

    I have booked 3 BHK flat in Malad in Jan 2008. Paid all the payment and got allotment letter also about my flat is Fully paid.

    He had given commitment (verbal) to give possesion in 2 years maximum.

    2 years project was on standstill and he just gave promises.

    He has roped in Fresh Investor / contractor & started project 1 year back from now.

    Now he has buld 5 Floors and project is about 18 floors and My flat is on 14th Floor & CC received till 8th Floor.

    He is not given me Non-franked agreement & allotment letter & 6 months back I just paid stamp duty along with dues + penalty according to ADVOCATE.

    Can you please help me what would be next step ?

    Who will assist me ? Will consumer court come in action now ?

    Can I bring some stay from court so that he doesn't cheat further Investors ?

    What about Delayed possession & penalty ? Flat agreement value 37.5 lacs in Jan ' 08.

    Your Immediate steps would be highly appreciated.
