I have bought an apartment in Kota. I have payed around Rs 3300000/- for around 1200sq feet super built up area . Now i get the possession of flat after 1 year from promised date.
Also , when i get the possession, the aminities provided are also not complete. Also. the drinking water provided to building is not suitable for driking or washing purpose. rendering my property useless. How can i get the builder sued and get some respite'The name of construction company is FRIENDS SPS and name of building is Friends paradise apartment.
