Sir,

an illegal construciton of multy story building with big basement in the property No.WZ-428, Naraina Vilalge, New Delhi-110028 is going on in the back wall of my property. No action has been taken despite sevral complaints to SHO Police Station, Naraina and to MCD. The illegal construction is still going on in full swing and two floors are almost completed by the builder. The police officials even are not entertaining my complainsts in this regard. The illegal construcitons are being done by the onwer Sh. Rajinder Kumar and his wife Smt. Savita Devi with the help of local builder for sale purposes. The said illegal construction has cuased endanger for my life and property.
