I have purchased a flat from Shivam Parivar at Gulmohar site in Goregaon (west) and also paid 70pct of the amount since i purchased flat in 2008 Jul.

5 floor slab work has been complete and for nearly 2years now work has stopped. On asking for why delay always an new reason is given by the builder.

I have demanded for CC since past 2years but have never received it till date. I have completed the stamp duty payment and registration but have still not heard about when will i get possession.

I want to know why is it getting delay ? whats the problem and whether if i sue them i will get my money back along with interest at the current market price.
