Just next to our building a new construction of building is going on without adopting the safety norms like putting safety nets so that no building construction material falls on any body or the parked vehicles nearby , despite of several requests made to the builder and the builders mukadam / supervisor , no improvement has been done so far, and to my shock today construction material fell from the 12th floor of the underconstruction building on my newely purchased car , and had dented , damaged the car badly , after complaining to the supervisor , he said that he would put the safety nets asap, but had been ignored so far , i would like to take this issue to the higher levels as in case if such materials fall on some person walking on the ground floor or childern playing nearby it could prove fatal.there is no barrication of construction site , they have literally uprooted a very old tree with the JCB for digging a big pit next to our building , endangering our building to develop cracks and threat of a landslide because the big pit dug for making a underground tank has not being treated by doing a grouting work at all..... the builders tend to continue their dadagiri , and the local corporater is silent about the same as they understand eachother very well . the builder alao did not form a society and due to which the people / owners of the flats got together and had formed a society under non co operation of the builder ,and had requested the builders to hand over the accounts to the society and give us occupation certificate , stiull after 4 years all the members are facing a lot of problems due to water shortage , heavy taxes , and with incomplete building ..hence we request you to kindly help us in this matter so that we live peacefully .
