The Saraswati Kunj Cooperative & House Building Society Ltd is situated in Sec 53, Gurgaon, Haryana. Despite payment of all dues including internal and external development charges, registered plot owners are not being permitted to construct houses as the Society is not issuing NOCs for approval of building plans by the Town Planning Deptt. All basic essential amenities like water, electricity, sewage and drainage systems, street lights,proper roads, security etc. The entire area is occupied by illegal migrants, kabaris, rickshawpullers living in jhuggis/tin sheds. Broken roads, electric wires, heaps of garbage and foul smeall being emanagted from open toilets is the scenic panaroma of Society opposite Paras Hospital, near Satya Sri Sai Mandir.The Society assets are being stolen and the Management has taken no action to safeguard the same.

Few house owners who built houses earlier are either living in pathetic and unhygience conditions under perpetual threat to their lives and properties whilst others have to perforce live in rented houses. In additon to repayment of EMIs for housing loans, they are paying rent thus undergoing heavy financial losses.

Prayer : The Management of Saraswati Kunj be directed to issue NOCs to the regd plot owners, get their building plans approved, provide all basic amenities and to pay comp;ensation to those repaying their housing loans and living in rented houses subject to production of proof. To pay damages to affected persons for undergoing such hardships and agony because of ineffective management.

Your kind assistance is requested to rehabilitate the members by developing the Society and making it a place worthy of a living.
