i have purchased the flat at badlapur, by directly booking to the builder, i have paid the 95% of the payment and got the possession, now builder is asking for balance payment, but the grivences regarding poor quality and un finished work still lies at the property, the builder is not listening to the complaints and harassing for the balance payment, giving the verbal notices to vacate the flat, since he has not registered the sale deed with me,

kindly suggest the legal help i can get from the forum and see that i am not been harrassed, because i have developed the blood sugar due to tensions from the builder,

please save my soul and get me the justice.

The builder is Siddhi tech homes pvt ld, dadar , mumbai.
