Dear sir,

Our society has signed a contract for re-development in April 2010. As per the contractual clause , the society members will vacate only on approval of plans by BMC and receipt of IOD. The builder has delayed the IOD process by submitting incorrect plan and FSI details,

It has been over a year and the process is stand still. We would like to to know if the contract can be Null and Void if the bulder further delays to get the IOD and approvals.
