I had booked a flat in Gyanodaya with Siddhivinayak builders in Balwadi area in 2009-2010. Till date no construction has been started. Since there is no paperwork available with us except the booking receipt, we do not legal docs to support the complaint. The company is making different reasons for delaying the project. They were conducting meetings but all in waste. They last said they will communicate a new plan because of the road that government has taken from the project. We are already late for the flat and cannot wait for more as we are in need of flat. We are unnecessarily paying rents. If we are looking for a new property, the cost has risen up in all areas. This is disgusting and frustrating us. There is no loss on the part of builder. He is working on new projects and making big money. There are around 200 people who are suffering from this trouble. There should be an action for the sufferers to get a recovery for lost time and money. Please help.
