Notice is given to general public not to deal with above mentioned property or Devender Kumar s/o Ram Chander Kathuria. The above property had been mortgaged with my client, and my client is in possession of the original documents.

original flat papers and receipt of mortgage were handed over to my client. And will be returned only after settlement of loan or mortgage. My client is initiating appropriate legal action against Devender Kumar. Anybody dealing with that property shall be doing so at his own risk.

This is not a public newspaper or anything remotely related to that kind of media. I suggest you post this notice in one of the national newspapers because the reach of this forum is limited to those people who come here for consumer issues related advise or the company representatives.
