i had bookead a flat in devika skyper on dated 28th march 2008 and builder had given a commetment to give the posission in dec.2010 but till today constraction is not started in all society, infact 5 tower constraction not started yet.good knowns when they will give the posission.
befor few dayes i heared from somewhere they have started one more project in grater noida.
they people dnt want to complete any project but want launch a new project everyday
plz beware these type of fake groups.

hello dear,i was very surprised reading this post, i am a customer of Devika skyper , and i booked my flat in july 2009, at the time i booked my flat there project was well under completion . as for being fraud , how can they be fraud when they have so many building both commercial and residential which they have delivered.not only that being impressed by their good work and name i have booked one more flat in their new project devika gold , and unlike other builders who gives false promise , they have't lied to us. i think people like you who dont have any knowledge and intellect bad mouth good builders .

I have booked a flat in Devika Skypers- Raj Nagar Extn. NH-58, Ghaziabad in the month of Jan’2008. This builder company have been working in this field for last many years. They promised me to deliver my flat in the year 2011 in December month and I hope they will deliver it. I have visited the site and saw the construction work is in full swing. I have no complaint with the builder.

I'm planning to buy a flat in Noida Extension and searching for the same for last 1yr. I have gone through so many builders and ****yzed them very comprehensively. I conclude the builders having various projects in hand can not be the right kind of choice in terms of prices and their promises therefore I decided to buy flats from small project builders and found Devika Gold Homz as more affordable as per my budget.

I have called them and discussed with the actual prices on which we can close this deal and I found them very acceptable at my end. Therefore I asked one of their executive to come at my place and explain this projects features and limitations. As per the discussion with him... he explained everything very naturally and I appreciate that he didn't criticized other market players. He told me that the project is yet to approve and after December it will go bankable for finance and so I decided to wait for 2 more months from now and now all set to do no more research regarding flat and builders.

But as I got the complaint of skyper customers I am really afraid for such things. As per my experience the guy who complained seems real but other who are defending Devika seems not real or might they are from marketing department of Devika who have been asked to defend the builders creditability throughout the web.

If any body can share their true experiences with this builder that would be a great help for me and I would be highly appreciating them.

Dear crime partner of Pragati group. Check with people at Consumer Complaint INDIA, you will find number of complaints against Devika Skyper. If you have purchase two flats there then go and stay there, alone.
