Kalyan Shilphata, Kalyan Road, Builder taken Rs. 10000 in Cash and Rs. 50000 as a token amount for the same he agreed to construct the house as per his turms and condtion. We people has given him amount for the same Mr. Bhatade from IIT Collage Mumai-72 has coordinated with Baban tetme. Mr baban tetme was agree to give the pussetion of the house in April 2009. but the builder and Mr. Bhatade has cheated us until today they have not done the construction on land same land is sold to third Party. and not returned us our money.
We request court to return us our money.
