I have booked an apartment in Ittina Abha in Dec 2005. As per the agreement, the possession was supposed to be in July 2006. I am still waiting for possession. Need legal help.
I have a proper agreement, I have also registered the property, the sale deed is with ICICI bank, from where I availed home loan. Problem is the construction work is still not complete to take possession.
I want to approach consumer court - can anyone help me with the details on how to do so ? Should I go there all by myself or I approach a lawyer first ? If I need a lawyer, where do I find a list of them who are specialized in this field ?
