This is to bring to your notice that I have booked flat no. A-202 at mapsko paradise, Gurgaon Sector 83.
I had come to Mapsko Par Gurgaon office on 9'th March for direct booking where Mapsko's staff had only introduced me to a broker named Mr. jeevan of Muskan city homes Pvt. Ltd. (Ph: 9540009065) He had given me a discount of Rs 32000 through cheque dated 5'th April 2010.
I was continuously following up with him for encashing the cheque. Finally I had put the cheque in bank on 14'th May 2010 but it bounced. I had never even known that broker before Mapsko's staff introduced me to him. When I followed up with Mapsko Office (as they only had introduced me to that broker) then I am being told that we are not responsible and I should follow up with the broker directly. I think the Mapsko Group should own the responsibility for this incident not support such brokers who are into the business of cheating the customers otherwise the customers / buyers will feel that Mapsko is working in tandem with these brokers. Neither the broker is not picking up the phone as he is not interested in paying back and nor the Mapsko Group (Ph:01244250610) is ready to return me the money.

I hope that they will return your money back. If not, you can file a suit against them.
