I am Manjushree residing in 18-A, Gautam Nagar, New Delhi. I have booked a One Bed Room flat in Shahpura NH 8 on 12/04/2007 with registration number 222. Now it is more than 40 months, I am paying the installments regularly through Cheques. Now I came to know that Nealkanth Builders have not even purchased the land for construction of Flats. Nealkanth Builders are misleading us for the last more than three years. Nealkanth Builders have shown fake photographs of the Nealkanth flats construction. I visited the site on Saturday and Monday, I have not found any Nealkanth representative on both days. I came to know that the land and construction Nealkanth Builders are showing us in photographs are belongs to Ashok Meena(Local Builder/Property Dealer). We have words with Ashok Meena on Monday(16/08/2010) about this matter and he denied any kind of booking of flats and agreement with Nealkanth Builders, he told us that this land and construction belongs to him(Ashok Meena) only.
I feel very much harassed mentally, physically and financially by Nealkanth Builders . So now I want my precious and hard earned money back immediately.

I too have booked a flat in the same Shapura project from NealKanth builder in 2007 along with three other friends and we now all are in the same sufferers club. Its almost 4 years now and the project is heading nowhere. In fact serious doubts have cropped up in our mind about the integrity and motive of this builder. They have not sent any demand letter since a year now and hardly pick up our call. There is no communication from them and when we visited the site at Shapura, the person at site confirmed that the said land which Nealkanth builder claimed their own at the time of booking along with the construction over it, actually belongs to a person named Ashok Meena and they have nothing to do with Nealkanth builder. I have created a Yahoo group to bring all such customers on one platform to share our problems , thoughts and finally, jointly plan actions (Including Legal) to recover our hard earned money from this builder. So I invite all who have booked a flat/plot in this project to join this yahoo group .Details of this group are as follows :
