Hi Folks,

I have taken house from GR Promoters at Queens Amber Apartment and took possession in 2007. Till date the Builder/Co-builder are dilly dallying the Khata work. On top of that recently they started construction the 4th Floor ( where we were supposed to have Common hall, Kids Pool etc. ). I would need your help on " how to get legal help" to resolve this issue. This could be through Consumer Forum or via court.

Note: We have had atleast 10-12 meetings in the past 3 years without any concrete action from builder/co-builder.
