We have bought a house in Pune. The builder has made 6 towers in the society, ours is the last building. Its is still under construction, was to be given to us in August 2010 but is not complete yet.

The builder has used Granite in the common area for the 5 buildings in the society but in our tower, tiles are being used instead of Granite which obviously seems unacceptable to us.

We had spoken to the contractor but its of no use.

We would like some advise on the steps that can be taken against the builder.
