i just wanted to share with you and warn others of my experience in buying from this group in Goa. I have worked hard for many many years to have my retirment monies not be used in what I thought would be my dream holiday home in Goa.

I hope that by sharing my views, others are not duped into parting with their money with this company.

This british based company ( Greenwood Meadows ) have been untruthfull and breached many levels of trust. There are many people who they have cheated by selling property to and not providing the purchased property, always making excuses for not completing on time. I have been waiting for TWO years.

Each time they tell me that it is complete and it is still a building a site. I am amazed that they can lie to such an extent, make me pay for the expense of travel only to find that my place is still not done...

Its dismal and embarrassing to us Indians for British Indians to come to beautiful Goa and see what a mess these people have made with this project.

BEWARE AND DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This group has proven to be unproffesional in their dealings and in their dispect to their customers.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LYERS AND CHEATERS AND BREACHED CONTRACTS WITH MANY PEOPLE.

I have heard far too many stories with regards to this development and what a bunch of cowboys these guys really are.

If there is someone who actually manages to read this, do please investigate these cowboys (Properties which needs to be investigated are BLUE BEACH HOLIDAY HOMES - Arpora, GOA, SILVER BEACH - Chandigarh, Punjab, GREEN WOOD MEADOWS - Candolim, GOA, and, so called a new maintenance company by the name of RAINBOW HOLIDAY HOMES - GOA)

In India, the real estate laws are as such that at the present moment of time, buyers rights and interests and monies are not being protected at all and as RADHAGOA mentioned, one should not have to part with their hard earned money, afterall, one buys a home on trust and honesty.

ITS UNFAIR THAT SUCH COWBOYS CAN TAKE INNOCENT PEOPLE'S MONEY AND ARE ALLOWED TO RUN. THIS IS JUST NOT ON.

I simply could not agree more with Radha's comments. Everything that has been mentioned is 100% accurate. These guys are a bunch of punjabi guys from the U.K. who do not give a damn about their new project namely Greenwood Meadows which is coming up in Candolim, Goa. There is a possibility that they do not have the finance for the project. People even say that these guys owe money to the contractor !!

There seems to be a dispute going on between developer, contractor and the local government.

If one looks at the website below, this project started in 2007 and the poor buyers still have not received possession to their purchased apartments.

The ones who have received possession, have received an absolutely appalling apartment with cracks, bad interior work, damaged doors, poor kitchen unit and the list just goes on. Also, there is no waterproofing either on the exterior walls which means during monsoon the interiors of the apartments are being damaged. These buyers are having to pay monies from their own pockets in order to fix all the problems !

The electricity connection around the complex which they have received is presently temporary also. There is no water provision either.

These cowboys have asked buyers for maintenance and service charges, especially, when the complex is not even finished. HOW CAN ONE BE ALLOWED TO ASK FOR MAINTENANCE CHARGE WHEN THERE IS NO PROPER WATER/ELECTRICTY, THE SWIMMING POOL OR GARDEN IS NOT READY EITHER.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY BEING MAINTAINED ?

The developers seem to sit in the U.K., neither do they monitor the progress of the project or even put money into the project ! They seem to boast of having offices somewhere around Es***, BAGA and Candolim, however, one doubts it if there is actually an OFFICE SOMEWHERE ON THIS PLANET ?

BUYERS ARE SUFFERING BIG TIME.

Like RadhaGoa said, when a buyer enquires with regards to their purchased apartment they tend to come up with many excuses.

The three names who are mainly involved in this project are Harinder Sandhu, Bob Kainth and Amit Kainth. The latter two seems to refer everything to Harinder, who just happens to keep changing his phone number. He is just a good salesman and that's all.

I have heard that neither of them responds to emails or calls. The site manager in charge in Candolim never has any answers to any of the buyer's questions. If one was to ring the actual Blue Beach UK hotline number, it just rings with no answer.

The Buyers are suffering immensley, complaints are simply not being heard, neither are they compensating the poor buyers.

They also have some major problems with the local Goan authorities. Only God knows as to what games these cowboys are playing.

They also have a resort around Arpora which is actually called Blue Beach Holiday Homes. In order for an English person to sell their apartment, they are charging the poor westerner aprrox 1.5 lakhs Indian Rupees to issue a no objection letter. This is just ridiculous. The poor Foreigners are also suffering.

THESE COWBOYS SEEMS TO BE MINTING MONEY FROM BACK, RIGHT AND CENTRE.
SOMEONE SOMEWHERE WITH POWER AND AUTHORITY NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND PROTECT THE BUYERS RIGHTS !

ONE SHOULD DEFINITELY THINK TWICE BEFORE ACTUALLY ENGAGING IN DEALING WITH BLUE BEACH, GREENWOOD MEADOWS AND SILVER BEACH HOLIDAY HOMES. BE VERY CAUTIOUS AND CAREFUL.

AS RADHAGOA SAID - ITS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THAT YOU WILL BE LOSING.

Whatever you hear about this Greenwood Meadows - Blue Beach holiday Homes - Goa is absolutely true and 100% factual and reliable.

Especially, these Three persons, viz, HARINDER, BOB and AMIT plus their Advocate sitting at his Mapusa - Goa office are the biggest robbers and cheaters. They are the real destroyers in the guise of
constructors. They make poor buyers cry buy walloping their (buyers) hard earned money. Their construction is illegal. Their Advocate from Mapusa is the Master Mind behind all the major frauds through whom these Punjabis have obtained Construction Licenses and other N.O.Cs from the State Authority of Goa. There was a big issue in Goa of his fraudulent act few months ago.

These Punjabis sitting in U.K are more than cowbys. I would love to call them Cowshits. Their apartments are worst than the cow sheds. Everywhere leakages, fungus, big cracks, drafts, stinky , No proper wood, Worst (Faltu) kitchen Unit, Tiling work is absolutely crap.

The most problematic issue is that there is NO PROVISION MEANT FOR WATER STORAGE. NO PERMANENT ELECTRICITY CONNECTION.

Due to paucity of above facilities they (DEVELOPERS) can easily be sued in the court of law through consumer forum.

Buyers are suffering badly at the moment.

I sincerely APPEAL THE HONORABLE AUTHORITY OF CONSUMER FORUM OF INDIA to look in to this matter at the earliest and redress the grievances of the poor buyers who are in big trouble at the moment.

Above mentioned Developers should not be spared at any cost.

CAUTION: Whoever deals with the GREENWOOD MEADOWS- CANDOLIM -GOA is bound to REGRET.

The accusations you are making, why do you not put your true name down, than we can give you a reply
instead of hiding behind a fictional name, we know who you are, if we were crooks that you claim we are, we would have
gone long ago without completing the site.

If we didn't have the money then how is the site finished...

It is strange that you could not be found and didn't want to pay your payment, now that the site is complete you have
re-surfaced. You and this other person you have created are not doing yourself any favours.

Why don't you just come clean and if your not happy take your money back, why have you never asked for your money back
if you were so worried!!

We have over 80 units sold at the site and more than 90% have taken possession and have had no issues. The project has been approved by two banks, axis and icici who have each given out loans to clients who have purchased in greenwood meadows.

Wow what an argument i've never heard so much crap from someone that knows so little, I've purchased here in this development and I am happy along with two of my friends who have also purchased here and it seems you just want to slander the company because perhaps, things didn't quite go as you had planned, but frankly hearing your comments are just well ridiculous, I mean the site is finished and looks lovely I've lived in goa for quite some time and other sites do not quite compare, but according to you its all an elaborate scam, I think that you have little evidence of what you are claiming, perhaps you should view the site that you speak so freely of and actually see what is going on instead of just talking nonsense, and by the way it is you that should be locked up for slander!!

I too have a property in Greenwood Meadows and must admit that recent progress looks good according the the website and eye witeness reports of people that have visited the site on my behalf. However.....the Blue Beach uk website and the telephone number is no longer valid and I am having trouble getting hold of anyone who can provide the latest updates of the flat.

I would appreciate if BlueBeach could contact me (privately if they prefer).

All is in order as you will see, our UK line was deemed unnecessary, and so no longer active
our email, website, contact numbers in Goa, Goa website are all working as usual.

Very strange then that the development is finished and people are happy and living in their units!! Very strange indeed. that there is constant maintenance, people coming and going,

so we are not sure which dream you have tried to write here!!!
